We ship throughout Italy and internationally via express courier.

Timing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

 

Delivery within Italy: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

International delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Costs — International

International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country. For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties and import charges are payable by the recipient.

Tracking and risk

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking code by email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier-related causes. Until the products are physically delivered to you, the risk of loss or damage in transit is on us: if your parcel arrives damaged or fails to arrive, email support@notforpetz.com and we will sort it out.
